Questions & Answers
Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
If everyone on board is of legal age with government-issued photo ID, yes. Cups and ice are provided.
Does it cost more for extra stops?
No. We don't charge per stop or per kilometre. Just book enough time to reach all of your pickups, drop-offs and photo spots.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, packages require a 50% deposit when you reserve. If you need to cancel, your deposit is never lost: it stays on file as a credit for future use, and you can even pass it on to a friend or family member.
When is the remaining balance due?
We pre-authorize the card on file for the balance one day before your service. The actual charge goes through once the service is completed, and we email you the invoice.
